Dwyane Wade’s baby mama, Siohvaughn Funches, wants to re-open her divorce settlement with the NBA basketball player. According to the Chicago Tribune, the Robbins, Illinois native asked a judge to throw out the former couple’s original divorce settlement agreement and award her a larger portion of his earnings.
According to The Huffington Post, the Chicago Bulls guard agreed to pay Funches $5 million in 2013. She also received their mansion in Chicago and four vehicles. The NBA star tried to settle the matter for several years but Funches went through 16 different lawyers and was arrested twice.

Prior to their agreement, Funches filed a lawsuit alleging the basketball player of violating the terms of an agreement that required him to deposit his income from endorsement contracts into a joint account that they both controlled. After the motion was dismissed Funches staged a protest outside the courthouse:

USA Today reports that the former Miami Heat guard signed a two year contract, with the Chicago Bulls, worth $47.5 million. Funches is suing her former divorce lawyer, Brian Hurst, for malpractice. She claims that Hurst made the deal with the basketball player behind her back. Judge Martin Argan threw out her lawsuit but is allowing her to file an amended suit.
