Elliot Rodger – Incel Movement, Alek Minassian

Elliot Rodger is the person who shot and killed 6 people in Santa Barbara, California on May 23, 2014.  Alek Minassian, the man who allegedly used a van to kill 10 pedestrians in Toronto, mentioned Elliot Rodger in a Facebook post.

Elliot Rodger Manifesto

In Elliott Rodger’s manifesto he discusses his upbringing and he reveals how much he hates women and interracial relationships.  The document is more than 100,000 words and is titled My Twisted World: The Story of Elliot Rodger.

“All hail the Supreme Gentleman Elliot Rodger!” Minassian declared in the Facebook post below.  Rodger committed suicide after killing 10 people and injuring 14 near the University of California.

Rodger’s murder rampage began in his apartment where he stabbed 3 people to death.  He then travelled to multiple locations and murdered 11 more people.  After a shootout with the police, Elliot committed suicide.

“The Incel Rebellion has already begun.” Heavy reports that the Incel Movement is made up of people who believe that they are victims of forced celibacy.  Rodger murdered females because he was a virgin.  He also targeted males who were sexually active.

Vox reports that the Toronto police have identified Alek Minassian, a 25-year-old who lives in Richmond Hill, Ontario as the driver of the van.  Around 1:30 PM, Minassian drove a white rental truck into a group of pedestrians.  He was arrested around 1:50 PM.
