Last season, singer Alicia Keys shook things up on Empire as singer Skye Summers, a collaborator and kind-of love interest for Jamal. This season, she is joining another TV series on another network: Alicia Keys is a new coach on NBC’s The Voice. She and Miley Cyrus will sit in the seats vacated by Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams.

NBC aired a sneak peek at the new dynamic with them and longtime coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton and it looks like 11th season of the show is going to be some brand new fun this fall. This will be the first season that the long-running vocal competition show has not just one female coach, but two. Talk about adding some much needed girl power to the dynamic.
And judging by social media, it looks like Cyrus and Keys are already having a blast together.
