Fredo Santana’s girlfriend and baby mama found him dead. The pics below show Fredo recently welcomed a baby boy. The rapper, whose real name is Derrick Coleman wasn’t married but he had plans to change his life and marry his girlfriend. Sadly, he died after suffering a seizure. The rapper was 27 and his son is 8-months-old.
Fredo Santana abused drugs and wanted to go to rehab. He mixed Xanax and lean on a regular basis, a drug combination that continues to be praised by the hip hop community. Fredo and his younger cousin, Chief Keef have never been shy about their drug use.

Fredo came a long way. People are quick to judge the rapper but he was a product of his environment. Chicago was nicknamed Chiraq because it was a war zone. Santana turned to drugs because of the trauma he experienced in the city. He lost friends to gun violence causing him to be paranoid about his well-being.
