Hugh Love, Princess Love Dad

Hugh Love, Princess Love’s dad, appeared on the season 3 finale of Love and Hip Hop Hollywood, “Matrimony.” We’ve been hearing about Princess Love’s horrible upbringing throughout the entire season so it was great to see both her parents show up to her wedding. The episode starts with Princess having an emotional conversation with her mother.

Princess’ mother, Lena, asks Princess if her father will be at the wedding and Princess explains that she doesn’t know but she hopes he’ll be there. Princess is unable to control her emotions and she starts crying. Despite their rocky relationship, she wants her father to walk her down the aisle.

The couple should be excited about getting married but instead they end up having a major disagreement. On the last episode, Princess tells Brandi Boyd about her plans to get a prenup.

Brandi is Ray J’s best friend so she feels obligated to tell him about the prenup. She ends up telling him and Ray J is shocked. His mother tried to convince him to get a prenup but he made it clear that he didn’t think that him and Princess needed one.

Ray J is very upset and begins having doubts about marrying Princess. He doesn’t come home that night and Princess gets upset. It’s days before the wedding and the couple is thinking about calling it off. Luckily, Sonja Norwood, Ray J’s mother is able to talk some sense into both of them. Princess and Ray end up having a beautiful wedding.
