Dwayne ‘The Rock‘ Johnson is not dead, the former wrestler is alive.  The fake news broke the Internet earlier today.  The Rock is no longer wrestling but he’s staying busy.  He’s teaming up with Apple Music to produce the WWE 2K18 soundtrack.  Johnson chose 11 songs that will be featured in the game.

The Rock recently got his bull tattoo covered up and fans love his new ink.  He has had the bull for years and it was time for an update.  The actor is always inspiring us.  He explained that the eye of his new tattoo represents positive energy that is always ready to dent the universe.

10. When you smell what The Rock is cooking.
I do a drive by thru my kitchen where I notice our family chef, Chef Evelyn preparing my baked sweet potato fries. I respectfully take over for a hot minute adding just the perfect amount of cinnamon and liquid stevia extract so everyone will love them. Only problem is, I will destroy the sweet potato masterpiece as soon as they come out of the oven, before anyone else has a chance to taste greatness, so only daddy’s tum tum gets that sweet yum yum. Aaaaand that sounds really creepy. Carry on chef. 🤙🏾

9. When he’s never full.
Killer workout in before heading down to Anaheim, for #UFC214. Pumped I finally have a day off to go support the fighters & the company tonight. I’ll be sitting front row tonight living vicariously thru the fighters since years ago I fantasized about competing in the octagon. Training for years to hopefully, one day become UFC Heavyweight Champion. Then reality smartened me up because remembered, I really really really really never liked being punched in the face. 8. When he’s celebrating Father’s Day.
Big Father’s Day smile as I’m leaving the house to go to work and my baby comes running to me saying, “up up” to sit on my shoulders. As busy and complex as my life is, these simple core moments with my ohana will always be my anchor for balance and gratitude. Trying to get her to smile but she’s too fascinated by the “beauty” aka huge circumference of my bald head. #ToFathers 🍻

7. When he starts the morning right.
There are mornings in life where there are no words.. this is not one of those mornings. Jazzy, let daddy tell you his goals. By 5, you’ll be looking people in the eye when you firmly shake their hand. By 8, you’ll know how to fish, drive daddy’s pick up truck and do cardio. And by 10, you’ll be able to directly say to people, “Great job, I like it a lot, but let’s see how we can make it better”. Helluva plan right sweetheart? Buh! *she points to the ground at a bug. Was puttin’ on my shoes to get ready to hit the gym before I go to work. This lil’ mama surprised me by runnin’ into my arms and yelling “Daaaahdeeeeee” which in my mind clearly means, “Happy birthday daddy! 5. When he’s with the love of his life.
She grabbed daddy’s hand and started pulling me right down the middle of the Chattahoochee. Fearless lil’ human. My heart’s filled with gratitude for being able to spend this day with my family before I jump on a bird and head to Germany tonight for work. 4. When the bull evolves.
Evolution of the bull. Blood, sweat & years. After 3 sessions and 22hrs of tattooing with world renowned @NikkoHurtado, the story’s almost done.. Every detail is a reflection of my own personal history. From the cracks and heavy damage in the bone representing life’s hard lessons I’ve learned over the years. Just like scars and wrinkles – I’m so grateful to have ’em because they’re earned. To the horns, not pointing up or out to the side, but pointing straight ahead representing relentless energy and forward progress. The core and anchor of this image is in the eye. 2. When not much has changed.
When I took this iconic absurdity of a picture in 1996 I was one year removed from sleeping on a used mattress I took from a garbage dumpster in the back of an hourly sex motel. Couldn’t afford to buy a bed so we do what we gotta do to get by. You can imagine all the fun colorful bodily fluids I tried my best to clean off. 21 years later I’m taking the same photo backstage hosting #SaturdayNightLive for the fifth time. If you’re going thru your own tough times “used mattress” stage, do your best to have faith things’ll get better and always be willing to outwork your competition because you never know where life is gonna take you. And ALWAYS remember to place a soft tissue under your left elbow as to protect the fabric of the cheap ass swag turtleneck that had you out here looking like a bad ass buff lesbian. Oh and tuck the thumb in the fanny pack. Always tuck the thumb. 🤙🏾

Teach ’em young. Embrace your warrior mana (spirit). We all have it, we just have to understand how to tap into it. One of my fav pics from my @GQ cover shoot with iconic photographer @peggysirota. Big props to these little big men who sat in the make up chair for hours getting their warrior mana tattoos painted on.
