Actress, Tika Sumpter, whose real name is Euphemia L. Sumpter, revealed her baby bump during her Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority induction ceremony. The sorority is currently hosting its 2016 International Convention (Boulé) in Atlanta, Georgia and the talented actress stole the show!
Crisis manager, Judy Smith, was also inducted at the ceremony. The author and producer’s work in crisis management was the inspiration for the ABC television show Scandal. The sorority also inducted Karen Eubanks Jackson, Susan Denise Page and Sylvia Trent-Adams at the event.

The actress will be playing First Lady Michelle Obama in the upcoming film Southside with You. The 2016 film focuses on President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama’s first date back in 1989. The film is scheduled to be released on August 26, 2016.
The Hollywood Reporter explains that actor, Parker Sawyers, will play President Barack Obama in the romantic film inspired by the couple’s first date to see Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing.
Sumpter previously dated actor Chadwick Boseman, Isaiah Richards and Hosea Chanchez. There were even rumors that her and rapper Drake went on a few dates.
