TMZ reports that Jas Prince Jr’s father, J Prince, is jumping into the beef between Birdman and Lil Wayne.  Jas is the person who introduced Drake to Lil Wayne, leading to Drake’s deal with Young Money Entertainment.  Jas’ father, James Prince, is the CEO of Rap-a-Lot Records and Floyd Mayweather Jr’s former manager.

According to XXL James is also trying to recover money that is owed to Jas from Drake’s album sales.  This presents an awkward problem considering the fact that Drake is signed to both Young Money and Cash Money.  If he hasn’t received what he is owed then he could be forced to sue Young Money as well.

To make the situation even more complicated, Lil Wayne and Young Money manager, Cortez Bryant, recently settled a case involving Drake.  The two parties reached an agreement, after Prince claimed that he was owed $11 million in royalties for introducing Drake to Young Money in 2007.While Jas’ father is worth $45 million, Jas is worth $10 million.  He is the CEO of Young Empire Entertainment.  Along with Drake, the label is responsible for bringing singer, Monika Ashley to the forefront.
