Jennifer Hudson’s ex-fiancé, David Otunga, thinks the singer cheated on him with producer, Mali Music.  Hudson got a protective order against Otunga.  The former professional wrestler was trying to contact Jennifer while she was at a studio session with Mali and Hudson was ignoring his calls.

Jennifer and David’s son was at the studio session with Jennifer so David got their son to record Jennifer and Mali.  Their son is 8-years-old.  Hudson claims that David pushed her when she got home.  A personal assistant and Jennifer’s makeup artist witnessed the incident.

Jennifer and David will most likely end up in court for custody of their son.  That won’t be an easy battle for Hudson because David is a Harvard Law School graduate.  He practiced law from 2005 to 2007.

Many people on Twitter wondered why Hudson and Otunga were still together after being engaged for 10 years.  They clearly weren’t getting along.  They most likely tried to stay together to raise their son but that has only made things worse.

Mali Music is a singer and producer who released his debut album, The Coming in 2008.  In 2013, he signed to RCA Records and in 2014 he released Mali Is… He has collaborated with Hudson on numerous projects.
