In the video Love and Hip Hop New York video below, Juelz Santana opens up about his past addiction to drugs. The Diplomats rapper is in a therapy session with Kimbella, his long-time girlfriend who he recently proposed to. He explains that he had teeth problems and was prescribed to percocets. He eventually started abusing the drug and was also drinking cough syrup aka “lean.”
Juelz lost his teeth a few years ago and his drug issues explain why. Cam’ron previously accused Santana of being addicted to lean but Santana denied the accusations.
Juelz Santana Proposes To Kimbella
Juelz finally put a ring on it! In the video above, Kimbella explains that she’s been through ups and downs in her relationship with Santana. They’ve been together for more than 9 years and he’s cheated on her multiple times. Juelz is a changed man. Rap-Up reports that the Harlem rapper proposed to Kimbella at the Apollo Theater on Friday night:

I’m happy for Juelz but please keep him in your prayers. He’s facing up to 20 years in prison and his sentencing is scheduled for December 12, 2018.
