Karen Civil visited Everyday Struggle where we learned numerous details about the marketing guru.  Nadeska Alexis starts things off by asking Karen about the Meek Mill situation.  Karen is the mastermind responsible for WeezyThanxYou.com, the website created for Lil Wayne to share letters to his fans while he was locked up.

DJ Akademiks reveals that Civil used to date someone from Meek Mill’s crew back in the day.  Karen was in a relationship with longtime Dreamchasers member, Deen.  Last year, Deen was beefing with AR-AB over Meek’s beef with Drake.

Earlier this year, Meek accused Civil and BallerAlert of being on Nicki Minaj’s payroll.  The Philadelphia rapper was bitter about his breakup with Nicki and was looking for someone to blame.  Karen kept things professional during her interview with Everyday Struggle and said nothing but positive things about Meek.

DJ Akademiks asks Karen if Remy Ma pulled up on her and Civil says that she didn’t.  The pic above is from a women’s panel at NYU and the angle makes it look like Remy was calling Civil out regarding her beef with Nicki.  Remy asked Civil about blogs not liking her and Karen explained that she has nothing to do with that.

Karen Civil’s $2 million net worth was earned through years of hard work in the music industry.  The Haitian-American is from New Jersey and attended Union County College.  She got her start by creating fan websites for The Backstreet Boys and actor, J. D. Williams aka Bodie from The Wire.

Karen Civil and Cam’ron

After high school, Civil landed an internship at Hot 97 and she used her connections to work with Cam’ron and the Diplomats.  Last year, Karen was called out by Cam’ron after she shared a story about the rapper.  Cam’ron refused to move out of Jay’s parking spot and a week later, Dipset was out the building.

In 2008, she launched KarenCivil.com and hasn’t looked back since.

The pic below shows Karen with Nicki Minaj.  Civil has played a major role in Nicki’s success.  She has used KarenCivil.com to break numerous stories about Minaj and the entire Young Money family. During her interview with Everyday Struggle, Civil explained that Nicki was one of the first artists who believed in her.
