The rumor that Kodak Black was arrested again is false. A fake news article on Huzlers.com claims that the rapper, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was arrested one day after being released from a 7 month jail sentence.
The Huzlers article falsely claims that Kodak was arrested for possession of an illegal firearm and marijuana. In January of 2018, the rapper was arrested after an Instagram Live stream showed him next to a child while in possession of a firearm and marijuana.
Complex reports that the rapper was recently spotted at an airport filming a new music video. XXL explains that the video could be for a new track because Kodak has been spending long hours in the studio since being released.

The following tweet suggests that rapper Bobby Shmurda is hating on Kodak because Shmurda is locked up until 2020:
Kodak Black was actually productive in prison. He earned his GED and changed his name to Bill K. Kapri.
In the video below, DJ Akademiks explains that Kodak is no longer on probation yet he is still facing charges in a pending sexual assault case. The rapper has an opportunity to completely turn his life around. Unlike Meek Mill, he won’t have to worry about petty probation violations.
