Lola’s Empire: Exactly what everyone believed Empire Entertainment would eventually be after finding out that Lil’ Lola Lyon was officially a part of the family.  Then…she was gone.  Lola Lyon, played by Leah Sava Jeffries, was a recurring character in Season 1 of the Empire TV series.

Leah Sava Jeffries is an actress and model from Detroit.

Despite being unsure as to whether she will appear in Season 2 of the show, ‘Lola Lyon’s Empire‘ is a true statement: She is the biological daughter of Lucious Lyon.  Lola’s mother is Olivia, who is played by actress Raven Symone.  Olivia is also Jamal Lyon’s ex-wife.

During Season 1, Olivia shows up at Empire to inform Jamal that Lola is his daughter.  Throughout the first season of the Empire TV series Lola and Jamal start to develop a relationship but then Olivia’s former boyfriend/stalker, Reg, shows up looking for Lola.

Reg threatens to kill Jamal for getting Olivia pregnant but then Lucious admits that he is actually Lola’s father.  Lucious explains that Jamal is gay therefore he wasn’t interested in Olivia leading Lucious to take advantage of the circumstances.

As a result of Lucious’ confession, Reg points the gun at Lucious instead of Jamal but before he can shoot Lucious, Malcolm shoots Reg in the head and kills him.

Leah Jeffries may not make another appearance on the show yet it is still ‘Lola Lyon’s Empire’: She was able to set-off the most exciting scene of the show’s first season and she is the most honest person in the entire Lyon family! We can’t wait to see if Lola will make it back to her seat on the Empire throne!!
