Mariah Lynn’s father is seen in the image and video below.  On season 7 of Love and Hip Hop New York Mariah Lynn is finally focusing on her career.  The video at the bottom of this post shows Mariah Lynn and her father discussing her mother.  Mariah Lynn wants to help her mother but her father advises her to focus on her career.

Mariah Lynn listened to her father’s advice.  The New Jersey rapper performed her new song “Physical” featuring DJ Jayhood.  Mariah Lynn’s mother and father were both in and out of prison her entire life.  Her mother got in trouble while she was pregnant.  Mariah Lynn wants to take care of the baby but her father doesn’t think the baby is her responsibility.

Mariah Lynn is hungry for success but she loves her family.  She’s scared that her sister will end up in the foster care system if she’s not there for her.  Mariah Lynn went into foster care when she was 13 and doesn’t want her sister to experience what she went through.  Her mother was struggling with addiction and her father was in prison.
