Meek Mill – French Montana Fight?

Did French Montana get into a fight with Meek Mill’s crew at the Powerhouse concert in Philadelphia? Rumors suggests that Meek’s affiliate Omelly punched French in his face.  Shaheem Reid reports that French was scheduled to perform but he didn’t because he was involved in a physical altercation backstage.

French Montana calls Meek Mill’s beef with Drake fake

French and Meek were once friends.  In 2012, French signed a joint-venture with Bad Boy Records and Maybach Music Group.  In 2016, French’s deal with Maybach ended and he decided to sign a new joint-venture with Bad Boy and Epic Records.

In the video below, French calls Meek Mill’s beef with Drake fake.  He refers to their beef as a sport, explaining that rappers are competitors and Meek and Drake don’t have any real problems.  French’s comments may not seem serious but he ultimately called Meek and Drake’s beef a publicity stunt and Meek takes pride in keeping it real.

Meek Mill clearly didn’t approve of French’s comments and responded with the Instagram video above.  The video features DJ Khaled’s song “They Don’t Love You No More.” Meek and French both appear on the track.  IN the caption of the post Meek claims that French changed on him.

A fight between Meek and French wouldn’t make any sense because of Rick Ross and Diddy’s close relationship.
