Migos Breakfast Club 2017 Interview – 5 Facts

Migos Breakfast Club 2017 interview is located at the end of this post.

Migos released their Culture album so that means they must promote it.  The group hates doing interviews but their recent appearance on The Breakfast Club wasn’t too bad.  The trio discussed a wide variety of topics.  Charlamagne, DJ Envy and Angela Yee worked together to get the group to reveal as much information as possible.  We listed 5 topics discussed during the interview.

1. Quavo played football in high school

The rapper, whose real name is Quavious Marshall, played quarterback while attending Berkmar High School in Lilburn, Georgia.  Quavo calls Charlamagne out for asking him about it.  The rapper was hoping to discuss something more interesting.

2. Offset is not dating Angela Yee

Charlamagne started the rumor because Angela has a boyfriend.  To tease her, Charlamagne would tell people that she was dating Offset from the Migos.

3. When Offset was locked up, the group set aside 1/3 of their earnings for him

Quavo and Takeoff didn’t have to pay Offset for the shows he missed but these three have a strong bond.  Offset explains that he had a bunch of money waiting for him when he got home from jail.

4. Offset played the instrumental to “Bad And Boujee” for Quavo while the group was on the road

Quavo loved the track so much he played it back 5 times.  The track only had Offset’s hook and verse on it the first time Quavo heard it.

5. Migos is tired of being ignored

Quavo explains that they named the album Culture to remind people how much they’ve change hip hop since entering the game.  Charlamagne thinks they don’t receive recognition because they’re a group.
