Roman and Galina met while they were students at Georgia Tech University. Reigns, whose real name is Leati Anoai, played football at Georgia Tech while Galina was a track and field star.

After college, Roman attempted to play professional football but eventually turned to professional wrestling. Reigns signed with the WWE in 2010 and has enjoyed an amazing career.
