Wetpaint reports that Stevie J’s restraining order against Joseline Hernandez aka Shenellica Juneann Bettencourt, will not be extended. If there’s one person that knows all of Joseline’s secrets it’s Stevie J, whose real name is Steven Aaron Jordan. Him and Hernandez were in a serious relationship for the last five years.
While some parts of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta may be fake, the court of law is real. If Stevie were to bring information that he knew, or reasonably should have known, was false, he could find himself in serious legal trouble. According to Global Grind Stevie told a judge that Joseline’s life is a lie.

He explained to the judge that Joseline’s real name is Shenellica Juneann Bettencourt and she’s actually 39-years-old. In addition, he informed the judge that “The Puerto Rican Princess” is not even from Puerto Rico. Finally, he revealed that she’s still married and that he’s not the father of her unborn child.
As mentioned above, a frivolous claim is a lawsuit or motion filed with the intent of disturbing, annoying or harassing the opposing party. Stevie’s lawyers would have advised him to rethink his strategy if he would have told them that he had plans to make a false claim against Hernandez.
