Stro Corleone Death – Christopher Strother

Gunplay discusses the death of Stro Corleone on episode 6 of Love and Hip Hop Miami‘s first season, “Saints and Sinners.” Gunplay (Richard Morales, Jr.) reveals that Stro (Christopher Strother) was murdered on March 14, 2017, one day before his 31st birthday.  Like Gunplay, Stro was a talented rapper.

In April of 2017, Khiry Jawan Williams aka “Champ” was arrested for murdering Stro.  Champ and Stro got into an argument after Stro accused him of breaking into his car.  They had planned to fight and Stro was going into his Miami Gardens apartment to put on some shoes but Champ shot him in his chest and Stro passed away.

Gunplay is having serious difficulties processing Stro’s murder.  Stro was a good guy and had a 12-year-old son.  Chris was born on March 15, 1986 in San Diego but grew up in Miami.  He played running back at Carol City High School and then attended the University of Central Florida.  He finished his college football career at Delaware State University and earned a degree in psychology.
