Tiffany Boone plays Jerrika Little on the Showtime series The Chi. Jerrika is Brandon’s (Jason Mitchell) girlfriend and she tries to keep him out of trouble so they can open a restaurant together. In episode 3 of season 1, “Ghosts” we see Brandon get beat up. His brother, Coogie, was murdered so Brandon tries to buy a gun from someone off the street.
If Jason Mitchell looks familiar it’s because he played Eazy-E on Straight Outta Compton. Mitchell is showing off his wide range of talent with his portrayal of Brandon on The Chi.
When the person selling the gun shows up, Brandon changes his mind so the person beats him up. When Brandon gets home, Jerrika asks him about his wound and Brandon initially tries to lie. Jerrika sees through Brandon’s lie so he finally tells her the truth. Jerrika tells Brandon to go to the police but Brandon ignores her advice.

Tiffany Boone was born on August 27, 1987 in Baltimore, Maryland. The 30-year-old is best known for her role as Mandy Lang in the Fox series The Following. As Jerrika on The Chi, Tiffany is trying to protect Brandon from the streets. Sadly, Boone’s real-life father father was murdered in 1991 when she was 4-years-old.
Boone graduated from the California Institute of the Arts and currently lives in Los Angeles. She landed her first acting role in the 2006 independent film Hamilton. In 2012, she appeared on Southland and in 2013 she appeared on Grey’s Anatomy.
