Tip #1

Train your mind as well as your body. Your mental strength is just as important as your physical strength and will help you accomplish your goals.

When we need to lose weight ASAP we often forget to practice patience.  Patience is not ability to wait but to keep a good attitude while waiting.  The fastest and easiest way to lose weight is to understand that there is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs!

Eat right. Eating the right food will help you lose weight.  Eating the wrong food is what helped you gain weight.  Drop your old habits and step into higher standards.
