Veronica Vega – Love And Hip Hop Miami

Veronica Vega’s nationality was a major issue during the Love and Hip Hop Miami reunion.  Veronica claimed that she was black yet her father is Cuban and her mother is Venezuelan.  Do you think it’s okay for Veronica to use the N-word?

Veronica Vega is a singer who will appear on the first season of Love and Hip Hop Miami.  She was born on April 23, 1991 and is currently 26-years-old.  Veronica was born and raised in Miami.  Her father is Cuban and her mother is Venezuelan.  Vega is best known for her 2014 song “Wicked” featuring Pitbull.

In the Love and Hip Hop Miami super trailer below we see Veronica and Amara La Negra get into a fight.  Amara is mad because Young Hollywood wants her to get rid of her afro and Veronica is on Young Hollywood’s side.

Veronica is signed to Polow da Don’s Zone 4 record label.  Zone 4 is a joint venture between Polow and Interscope Records.  Polow launched the label in 2007.  Keri Hilson, Ester Dean and Betty Idol are some of Zone 4’s most popular artists.

Zone 4 gives Veronica access to Polow and Dr. Dre’s connections.  The music business is all about connections, explaining why Vega doesn’t listen when Amara tells her to end her relationship with Young Hollywood.  What’s Love and Hip Hop without a feud.  I can’t see Veronica and Amara go head-to-head in the first season of Love and Hip Hop Miami!
