The Charlamagne Tha God Birdman beef then got worst. Birdman (Bryan Williams) explained to Charlamagne (Lenard McKelvey) that he wanted to see him face to face. If you’re familiar with McKelvey then you know he doesn’t back down from controversy. Instead of trying to calm Williams down he brings up Rick Ross and Trick Daddy.
Blame It On DJ Envy!
Last year, Rick Ross and McKelvey were in the middle of a conversation about Meek Mill and Drake when DJ Envy interrupts to question Rozay about Williams. Rick Ross then gets passionate about Lil’ Wayne’s situation with Cash Money.

The Breakfast Club planned to question Williams about the status of Lil’ Wayne and the future of Cash Money. The interview was cut short after Williams called out the hosts.

Last year Forbes ranked Williams at number 5 on the Forbes Five list. The list featured 2015’s wealthiest hip-hop artists. Williams has an estimated net worth of $150 million and is currently 47 years old.
Diddy was number 1 on the list at $735 million. Dr. Dre was second at $700 million. Jay-Z’s $550 million came in third while 50 Cent’s $155 million was forth. Williams would be worth $300 million but he shares his fortune with his brother Ronald “Slim” Williams.
After the incident DJ Envy explained that Williams apologized for his words and even asked about returning to the show.
