There was confusion surrounding Ed’s cause of death but many believe that he suffered a heart attack. Rich Dollaz mentioned Ed having a heart attack yet his cause of death was not confirmed.

Woods graduated from Hampton University and Howard University’s School of Law. After graduating he started putting in long hours of hard work. Woods has represented DMX, Jay-Z, Diddy, Allen Iverson, Tara Wallace, Cisco, Kelly Price and many more.
