June McCamey of League City, Texas, appeared on My 600 lb Life and lost more than 350 pounds. McCamey has four kids and she never exercised to lose the weight she gained during each pregnancy. She lost control of her weight in 2012 after her son, Mack passed away. June relied on food to cope and eventually became addicted.

June’s son, Mack died in 2012. He was only 17-years-old. In a recent Facebook post, June celebrates Mack’s 24th birthday. McCamey’s sister made an appearance on My 600 lb Life and explained that June gave up after her son died and began to eat her pain. McCamey knew that Mack would be disappointed by her weight gain so she decided to visit Dr. Nowzaradan and agreed to appear on the series.

June recently broke up with her girlfriend, Sadi Gregory. June has become more independent and continues to maintain a healthy weight. Sadi was seen bathing June on My 600 lb Life and she explained that when she met June their relationship was great. She says that once Mack died, everything changed.
