Qirin Love Howard, Terrence Howard’s Son

People reports that Terrence Howard’s son, Qirin Love Howard, has some new competition.  Terrence explained that his new son, Hero, was his favorite child because he changed his life.  The Empire star made the comment during an appearance on Live with Kelly where he had an entertaining discussion with Kelly Ripa and her guest co-host, Anderson Cooper.

The 47-year-old actor, who we all know as Lucious Lyon is slowly becoming Lucious in real life.  If there’s one unwritten rule to parentings, it’s treat all your kids the same.  Although we know that the actor was joking, we were immediately reminded of Andre Lyon.  During a scene from Empire‘s second season, Andre visits Lucious, in prison, to ask him to accept him back at Empire Entertainment.

Unlike Jamal and Hakeem, Andre isn’t an entertainer.  This has made it difficult for him to get any respect from his father.  Hopefully Andre and Lucious’ relationship will improve in the show’s third season which premieres on September 21! 
As for Qirin Love, we’re sure he won’t have any problems with his father.  The Oscar-nominated actor has two sons and three daughters.  The few images Terrence posts on social media show that he’s a great father.  Despite his busy work schedule, he understands how important it is to spend time with his children.
