The following court records show that Miracle was arrested on March 15, 2018 and charged with domestic violence, aggravated assault:
In the trailer, Rich is seen having dinner with his mother and he tells her about Miracle shooting her husband. We then see Ashley crying after Miracle reveals that there’s a possibility she will do jail time.

Rich explains that Miracle didn’t take a plea deal. She wants to fight the case but that could mean more jail time.
